Accora Village was launching a short-term leasing option designed to appeal to both existing residents and professionals coming to Ottawa for temporary work. I was responsible for designing a cohesive campaign system that could flex across audiences, formats, and environments.

The challenge was to position short-term leasing as a thoughtful and appealing option. The campaign needed to resonate with both internal residents and external professionals, while maintaining a unified visual and messaging system across digital, physical, and on-site touchpoints.

Working closely with the Creative Director, we developed the umbrella message “Short-term stays”, allowing the second line to shift depending on audience needs and motivations. This flexible structure allowed us to tailor messaging without fragmenting the brand.

This message was designed for current Accora Village residents, encouraging them to use short-term rentals for visiting family or extended stays. The focus was on comfort, familiarity, and convenience.

  • Hosting family members visiting for several weeks

  • Providing temporary housing during renovations

  • Welcoming relatives during life events or holidays

  • Offering a comfortable option for guests staying longer than a typical visit

External Professionals

Short-term stays for long-term goals

This message was designed for professionals relocating temporarily to Ottawa for work. The campaign positioned Accora Village as a place that feels like home by offering space, amenities, and stability beyond a typical hotel or Airbnb.

  • Professionals on multi-month contracts

  • Consultants or project-based workers

  • Employees transitioning to Ottawa before permanent relocation

  • Professionals seeking a home-like alternative to hotels

Across all deliverables, the campaign maintained a consistent visual language. Typography, tone, and composition were adapted to each format while reinforcing the same core message.

The campaign successfully introduced short-term leasing as a flexible, desirable option while maintaining Accora Village’s residential brand positioning.
